People have been saying that the fall colors in Seattle faded earlier this year compared to last, and I did feel a bit wistful about that. But somehow, the colors this year have been even richer and more varied—almost as if the trees are sending us warm wishes to get through another rainy Seattle winter.
There’s something so precious about those quiet moments in my daily routine—sitting with a cup of coffee, watching the autumn leaves outside, and catching glimpses of the clear sky after the rain.
